Creation Recycling Ltd has very strong environmental and social objectives, which we continually measure ourselves against to ensure we are achieving our aims.

Our Environmental Policy

Creation Recycling Ltd recognises that its activities have both direct and indirect environmental impacts.

In addition, we will seek to develop and promote good environmental practise both internally and externally from within our organisation.

Our policy is to:
Quantify, monitor and evaluate all environmental impacts of the organisation, including new projects and set specific targets that are designed to ensure continuous improvement in our environmental performance.

Comply with current legislation and, where practical, seek to meet future legislative requirements ahead of relevant deadlines.

Integrate environmental considerations and objectives into all decision making.

Ensure that everyone associated with the organisation addresses his or her environmental responsibilities.

Develop and promote the use of environmentally sound and socially just methods of economic development.

Ensure the maximum dissemination of sound environmental practices and sustainable economic development.

Enhance awareness of relevant issues amongst our partners, collaborators, board members, staff and others who have interest in our organisation.

Publish information on our environmental performance and our contribution to the wider adoption of good environmental practice.

Environmental Objectives

To develop and promote a wide range of environmental good practices associated with social and economic development.

Assess current energy consumption and set and implement targets for reduction.

Undertake an audit of waste risings and set and implement targets to minimise the production of waste.

Appraise water consumption, set and implement targets for its reduction and introduce appropriate systems to meet these targets.

Utilise only those suppliers who are aware of our environmental policy and operate to similar standards.

Investigate the use of transport and take immediate action to minimise the use of transport by road and maximise the use of environmentally sound methods of transportation.

Ensure staff and board members have a sound understanding of environmental issues and provide appropriate training for all personnel
Identify other areas of environmental impact and set and implement targets to reduce this impact.

Publish the results of all environment related audits and targets set.

Review the environmental policy and objectives annually.
