Meet the Team

Tracey Pellegrine – Chief Executive/Company Secretary
A former community development worker for the Herringthorpe area
of Rotherham, Tracey has been with Creation from the very beginning.
She has worked within the community sector for over 13 years and
has extensive experience in running both community-led and private
business.
Tracey is a Director on a local partnership and is a School Governor
for a local comprehensive school. She has over 16 years experience
in both the community and private sector with a strong financial
and personnel background.
Tracey has headed a team of 168 whilst in a previous Senior Management
position and was instrumental in the inception of Creation Recycling
Ltd by participating in the original feasibility study whilst working
at Valley Community Partnership and Voluntary Action Rotherham.
Tracey has extensive experience with both funders and relevant organisations.

Mark
Foster - Operations Manager
Mark joined us at Creation on September 2004 as PCV Operative and
quickly learned the business. Mark is responsible for the day-to-day
running of Operations and staffing.

Ian Ball – Supervisor
Ian joined us in September 2004 as Pedestrian Controlled Vehicle
Operative. He has passed his NVQ Level II in Environmental Conservation
through training provided by Environmental Monitoring Solutions
and will shortly be working towards his Level III. He has also achieved
his Reach and Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck Licence through Creation.
Ian is responsible for the day to day running of the Warehouse Operation.

Margaret – Administrative Officer
Margaret is a resident in the local area and spends a considerable
amount of her time helping out with administrative duties.

Lee Wilbourne – Business Supervisor
Lee joined Creation in 2005 as a Class 2 Van Driver and has proven
himself to be a great asset to the company. Lee is responsible for
providing a quality business service and recently won the ‘Employee
of the Year’ award. |
| Ray
Singleton – Eastwood Resident – Chair of the Board |
An experienced community activist and currently the Secretary of the
Eastwood Forum. Previous experience includes a senior management position
with South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive.

Pennock – Director |
Don
has been a resident of the area (Springwell Gardens) for over 20 years
with experience within the community sector. Currently joint chair
of Eastwood and Springwell Gardens Neighbourhood Pathfinder and a
member of the Eastwood Forum, Don has extensive experience within
the community sector and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience
to the Board.

| Malcolm
Mellor – Director |
Malcolm
joined the Creation Board as a Director in 2006. Malcolm has extensive
experience in engineering and has been a campaigner for the community
for many years. Malcolm brings invaluable engineering and recycling
knowledge to the organisation.

| Geoff
Tonks – Valley Resident |
Geoff
was a key member of the Steering Group for the Recycling Feasibility
Study. He previously managed a furniture recycling project and has
been a community activist for many years.

| Kath
Reeder - Herringthorpe Resident |
Kath
is an experienced community activist and sits on a multitude of boards
in Rotherham. She has extensive experience of running a business and
a broad knowledge of community and funding issues. Kath is currently
the Chair of the Valley Community Partnership and the Herringthorpe
Forum.

contract negotiations, business management, funders and financial
organisations.

| Robert
Edwards – Director |
Robert
is a keen activist in the community and currently is a chairman
of Rotherham Camra. Robert is a trained Teacher and psychologist
and for the past 18 years he has worked as a volunteer in adult
education. Robert as also sat on a magistrates panel at Leicester
Court for three years and represented his college by becoming a
governor.
